Scuffed weirdness, messthetics, stumbling pop twists, anarcho junk,
occulture cries and whispers, artcore damage swirled and mixed offhand

This week L'etranger welcomed Glasgow based artist Luke Fowler to the
studio, this has nothing to do with show business.

Fiction (the script of the show) : In the 1980's a Belgian factory ship
disappeared in the Bermuda triangle, it was believed to have sank with
the loss of all on board. After a five year period a series of strange
radio broadcasts stared to be be picked up from the general area where
the ship vanished. This is a recording of a broadcast believed to have
been sent by the ships doctor Luke Fowler.

Fact (biography) : The activities of Luke Fowler, which include
installations and videos, working with the groups Lied Music and Rude
Pravo, and also running the Shadazz experimental electronic music
platform, are all rooted in countercultural movements. In his
audiovisual work, Fowler blurs the boundaries between short film,
experimental video, cinematic art and documentary.

All tracks selected and mixed by Luke Fowler, overlays and light
fingered use of Alesis Quadraverb by Kosten Koper.
